핵전쟁 피폭지대가 의심되는 여리고, 여호수아 6장 (12절~)

여호수아가 처음 요단강을 건너 여리고에 입성할 때부터 요상한 행동을 하더니, 결과적으로 그것은 언약궤란 핵폭탄 투입과 여리고 전역 피폭지대라는 무시무시한 결과를 양산한 것 같습니다. 금은보석 채굴 후, 헤렘 지역으로 선포 후 완전 봉쇄를 하게 되는데요. 신빙성 있는 추측인지 한번 살펴보겠습니다.

 

이상한 행위의 연속

 

 12 Then Joshua rose early in the morning, and the priests took up the ark of the Lord. 13 And the priests took up the ark of the Lord. 13 And the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams' horns before the ark of the  Lord walked on, and they blew the trumpets continually. And the armed men were walking before them, and the rearguard was walking after the ark of the Lord, while the trumpets blew continually. 14 And the second day they marched round the city once, and returned into the camp. So they did for six days.

 

6일 동안 똑같이 언약궤를 돌고 일곱 제사장이 나팔을 불며 행진하였다는 내용입니다. 대체 언약궤의 정체가 뭐길래 이 묵직한 것을 들고 이런 행동을 하는지 궁금하기 짝이 없습니다.

 

여호수아 6장 초반 읽기

하나님은 그냥 주인님이었나 봄, 여호수아 6장(1절~11절)

 

 

파괴에 바치다

15 On the seventh day they rose early, at the dawn of day, and marched around the city in the same manner seven times. 16 And at the seventh time, when the priests had blown the trumpets, Joshua said to the people, "Shout, for the Lord has given you the city. 17 And the city and all that is within it shall be devoted to the Lord for destruction. Only Rahab the prostitute and all who are with her in her house shall live, because she hid the messengers whom we sent. 18 But you, keep yourselves from the things devoted to destruction, lest when you hae devoted them you take any of Israel a thing for destruction and bring trouble upon it. 19 But all silver and gold, and every vessel of bronze and iron, are holy to the Lord; they shall go into shouted, and the trumpets were blown. As soon as the people heard the sound of the trumpet, the people shouted a great shout, and the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they captured the city. 21 Then they devoted all in the city to destruction, both men and women, young and old, oxen, sheep, and donkeys, with the edge of the sword.

 

 

그렇게 이상한 의식을 한 후 일곱째 날 여호수아는 사람들에게 말합니다. 이 도시를 하나님께 바쳐야 하니 파괴되어야 한다고. 이게 무슨 말인지는 모르겠습니다. 하나님 아니 주인님에게 드리는 선물로 파괴된 도시를 바쳐야 한다는 건가요? 아님 파괴해서 주인님께 드리겠다고 하는 걸까요? 그러면서 이 도시에서 살아날 자는 지난번 정탐꾼을 도왔던 라합이란 창녀와 가족뿐이라고 합니다. 그리고 아무것도 안 한 채 소리만 질렀는데 성벽이 파괴됩니다. 이게 무슨 봉변인가요? 어쩌면 언약궤가 엄청난 괴력을 발휘하는 핵무기 같은 것이 아니었을까 하는 추측을 해봅니다.

 

그리고 멀쩡한 도시를 그냥 통째로 먹으면 되지 왜 전멸을 합니까? 파괴 자체가 신의 소유화라는 개념인 걸까요? 대체 주인님은 이 땅을 무슨 용도로 쓸려고 전멸을 명한 걸까요? 그래서 또 추측해 봅니다. 파괴의 목적은 채굴이었다라고.

 

파괴의 목적은 채굴

주인님은 유난히 금은동을 좋아하는 가운데 이번 여리고도 언약궤란 핵무기를 통해 초토화시키고 금 등을 캐려고 한 것이 아닌가 합니다. 그런데 아니나 다를가 그런 내용이 나오네요. 19절에 오직 은과 금과 동과 철 그릇들은 여호와께 구별될 것이니 그것을 여호와의 곳간에 들일지니라, 이런 내용이 나옵니다. 이게 채굴이 아니고 뭡니까? 그냥 약탈이 아니라 파괴해서 땅을 엎고 금속만 챙기라는 거잖아요. 이런 흐름을 보면 소돔 고모라 사건 후에도 자원을 채굴했고요. 이런 정황은 속속들이 등장합니다. 신명기 8장 9절에도 '네가 먹는 데에 부족함이 없고, 그 땅의 돌은 철이요 산에서는 동을 캘 것이라'라는 내용이 나옵니다. 출애굽 이후 금은보석을 모으는 장면이 굉장히 자주 등장하고요.  그래서 어쩌면 주인님이 약속한 젖과 꿀이 흐르는 땅이란 농사나 젖소를 키우러 가는 것이 아닌 광산 자원 확보가 목적이었을 가능성이 농후해 보입니다. 금맥이 넘치는 가나안 땅을 한번 검색해 봐야겠습니다. 찾아봤더니만 고대 팔레스타인 시리아 지역은 구리, 철광 금은 등이 풍부했던 땅이라고 합니다. 길갈, 여리고 등도 무역과 금속 산업이 중심지였습니다. 

 

 

완전한 금지 구역 헤렘 선포 이유

22 But to the two men who had spied out the land, Joshua said, "Go into the prostitute's house and bring out from there the woman and all who belong to her, as you swore to her." 23 So the young men who had been spies went in and brought out Rahab and her father and mother and brothers and all who belonged to her. And they brought all her relatives and put them outside the camp of Israel. 24 And they burned the city with fire, and everything in it. Only the silver and gold, and the vessels of bronze and of iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the Lord. 25 But Rahab the prostitute and her father's household and all who belonged to her, Joshua saved alive. And she has lived in Israel to this day, because she hid the messengers whom Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.

 

 

26 Joshua laid an oath on them at that time, saying, "Cursed before the Lord be the man who rises up and rebuilds this city, Jericho.

 "At the cost of his firstborn shall he lay its foundation and at the cost of his youngest son shall he set up its gates."

27 So the Lord was with Joshua, and his fame was in all the land.

 

앞서 언약궤가 일종의 핵무기는 아닐까 하는 의심을 한 적이 있었는데요. 그것을 입증할만한 단서가 나옵니다. 여호수아는 여리고 지역을 헤렘 지역으로 선포합니다. 이것은 전멸, 금지, 봉인을 의미하는 지역이라는 공식 선언입니다. 그러니까 완전한 금지구역을 의미하는 것이죠. 이 땅은 헤렘이니 다시는 건드리지 마라, 이걸 다시 건드리면 가문이 멸망하는 극강의 금지 지역이라고 선포합니다.  피폭지역도 인간이 소유하거나 활용할 수 없는 땅이 되어버린 것처럼요. 그러니 영원한 전멸인 이 땅을 건드리게 되었을 경우 처음 장남이 죽고 마지막 막내가 죽는다고 할 정도로 엄청난 저주를 합니다. 그리고 실제 이 무시무시한 예언은 실현되었습니다. 열왕기상 16장 34절에서 아합 시대 히엘이라는 사람이 여리고를 다시 세웠으나 맏아들 아비람이 죽고 문을 세울 때 막내 세굽이 죽었습니다.
